Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to SANCTUM, a music producer teaching platform designed to provide users with educational resources and tools to improve their music production skills. These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the platform and any services provided by SANCTUM. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these TOS.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the SANCTUM website, mobile application, and any other online services provided by SANCTUM.
- "User" means any person who accesses or uses the platform.
- "Content" means all materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, available on the platform.
- "Services" means the educational resources, tools, and other services provided by SANCTUM.
3. Use of the Platform
- Eligibility: By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these TOS.

- User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

- Subscription Plans: SANCTUM offers various subscription plans for accessing premium content and services. The details of each plan, including pricing and benefits, are available on our platform.
- Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your account.
- Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Posting any content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's functionality or security.
- Accessing or using the platform in a way that could harm SANCTUM or its users.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, is the property of SANCTUM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- User Content: By submitting content to the platform, you grant SANCTUM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the platform.
7. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these TOS.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANCTUM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of the platform.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SANCTUM and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these TOS, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
10. Changes to the TOS
We may update these TOS from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to the TOS constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
